Conservatory Group are developing the area close to their successful Universal Condos project that was completed only a few years ago at Rathburn Road West and Confederation Parkway, close to the Square One shopping area.
This latest development, known as Mirage Condos will be a 22 storey tower with 352 units. It will draw on the existing shared facilities offering the owners an indoor swimming pool, whirlpool, saunas, exercise room, theatre, billiards, bowling lanes, and more.
Standard features in the units include laminate flooring in all bedrooms. All kitchens include granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Every unit includes one parking spot and a locker.

Townhouse suites will be developed in the same area as the rendering shows.
Until November 4th 2011, they are offering a special discount off the regular price of the units. This is a common practice in marketing new construction. The developer will offer incentives to the early initial investors.
